Cantera Digital, S.A. de C.V. ("Cantera Digital", "we"), located at Calle Tabachín No. 130, Nueva Jacarandas neighborhood, 58099, Morelia, Michoacán de Ocampo, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through cantera.digital (including our conversational agent CanterIA) and its subdomains, in compliance with Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), in force since March 21, 2025.
Cantera Digital does not intentionally request sensitive personal data through this site or CanterIA. We ask that you refrain from providing information related to, among other things, your health, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, or sexual life, or other data considered sensitive under applicable law. Should such information be voluntarily provided, its handling will be subject to applicable legal provisions and Cantera Digital's internal measures.

Where Cantera Digital transfers personal data to national or foreign third parties other than those permitted without consent under applicable law, it will inform the data subject of the relevant details and obtain consent where legally required.
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object (ARCO rights) to the processing of your personal data, and to revoke your consent. To exercise these rights, send a request to [email protected] including your name, the right you wish to exercise, and a clear description of the data involved. To verify your identity you must attach a copy of valid official ID. We will respond within 20 business days, with an additional 15 business days to make it effective if applicable.
Conversations with CanterIA are processed through paid AI provider services; under those terms, your content is not used to train publicly available models.
